The Monte Cristo has been my favorite sandwich - breakfast or lunch - ever since I tried it when CCR was over at the Star Center Building. We had an antique store next to the restaurant so we were frequent customers. Try it, you'll love it!

Chicken Strips & Fries review by Cassie
Five Stars. No Notes. I don't know what they did to these chicken strips, but whatever it was, it should be patented and protected by international law. The breading had that perfect medium-thickness crunch. Not the airy puff that shatters into nothing, not the dense helmet that belongs on a construction site, but the right crunch. The kind that gives a little resistance before the bite goes clean through. Seasoned just enough that you'd eat them plain, but not so aggressively spiced that you couldn't taste the chicken underneath, which was genuinely, actually juicy. Not "it's still technically poultry" juicy. Actually moist all the way through. Someone pulled these at the right second and had the discipline to hold that line. The fries deserve their own paragraph. Cut fries, fried twice, and it shows in the best possible way. That combination of a genuinely crunchy exterior giving way to a soft, almost creamy interior is not an accident. It is a decision, made carefully and executed perfectly. Salted immediately out of the oil, the way God intended, so the salt became part of the fry and not just something sitting on top of it. No sad floppy middle-of-the-batch fry in the bunch. Every single one pulled its weight. The dipping situation: a honey mustard that walked the line between sharp and sweet without falling off either edge, and a ranch so thick it barely poured. Both necessary. Both correct. I ate every single thing on that plate and felt no regret, only a quiet, sustained happiness. 10/10. Would destroy again without hesitation.

BEST PAN CAKES IVE EVER HAD!!! I've been coming here ever since I was little with my dad. and that is the one item that I have never ever gone without having well I've been here!!! I can't even describe the softest, sweetest, and just most perfect pancake texture!! Everything you want in a pancake and more!! I'm 21 now, and after all these years when I am in snohomish I never ever pass up coming here! Don't get me wrong their whole menu is AMAZING!! But still my little kid heart always and forever will belong to their butter milk pancake!! So if you want bomb dinning experience, and great food, I suggest Collectors Choice!!!
