Outside wine/champagne must be served by CCR staff. Non-alcoholic bottles permitted. No alcohol served without valid ID.

Room deposit is due at booking and is non-refundable within 5 days of the event.

Menu selections and all arrangements must be finalized at least 7 days before the event.

Final menu, set-up and guaranteed headcount due 7 days prior. Billed on guaranteed count or actual, whichever is greater.

A 15% gratuity, a 6.6% service charge and WA sales tax will be added. Full balance due at conclusion of event.

No confetti, glitter, birdseed, or nails on premises. Host responsible for all decorations.

The room fee is my minimum spend and is not refunded if the final bill is less. Set-up fee $50-$100 by guest count.
