Room deposit is due at booking and is non-refundable within 5 days of the event.

Menu selections and all arrangements must be finalized at least 5 days before the event.

Final headcount due 72 hours prior. Billed on confirmed count or actual, whichever is greater.

A 20% gratuity and applicable taxes will be added. Full balance due at conclusion of event.

No confetti, glitter, birdseed, or nails on premises. Host responsible for all decorations.
